Arcroyd
Arcroyd® is your brand's own AI: a dedicated environment at yourbrand.arcroyd.ai, built from your Brand Language System and run for you by Rule of Three. Your team creates on-brand content from a single line, with the whole system applied on every output. Pronounced ARK-royd.
It creates from your Brand Language System, designed in full: your brand's knowledge, its voice, its vocabulary, its rules and every content type you make. Because the whole system is built into the environment, every line starts on brand.
No. It sounds like your brand, down to the detail that usually gives generated content away.
No. A short brief is all it takes, so anyone on your team can create professional, on-brand content. The brand lives in the system.
The content your brand actually makes – product pages, campaigns, articles, decks and more – each built into your system. Just name it in your request. You can also explore freely: brainstorm a campaign or test a line, with the brand still in view.
Yes. Your Brand Language System sits beside the app as an interactive reference, behind the same sign-in, so anyone can check a term, a rule or a content type and see exactly what Arcroyd applies.
No. Rule of Three builds it, hosts it and keeps it current, so your team simply creates. There's nothing to install and no demand on your infrastructure.

Compared with other tools
General assistants are capable, but nothing holds them to your brand. Upload your guidelines and they're read as reference, one conversation at a time. Arcroyd is built from your brand, so your whole language system is applied on every line, whoever is typing.
They're shared platforms, where your brand is a profile configured alongside every other customer's. Arcroyd starts with your brand: your language designed in full as a system you own, built into one environment for your brand alone, and run for you.
They learn from what you've already published, inconsistencies included. Arcroyd creates from your brand as it's designed to be, set out in full in a system you can see and own.
You can build a prototype. Keeping it on brand is the harder part: instructions drift, the person who built it moves on, and the depth stays capped at what a team can maintain beside the day job. Arcroyd is designed in full, run for you and kept current within the licence.

Your Brand Language System
The complete design of your brand's language: its knowledge, its voice, its vocabulary, its rules and every content type you make. It's what Arcroyd runs on, and your team can open it any time as an interactive reference.
You do. Your Brand Language System and everything your team creates belong to you. The method behind it, the Rule of Three Language System®, and the encoded runtime that operates within Arcroyd stay with Rule of Three.
Your Brand Language System is held outside any tool, so it moves with you. So does everything your team created.
In the Build, a Brand Language Architecture™ engagement in four movements: Define, Design, Deploy and Evolve. Most brands start with the Pilot.
Typically 4–8 weeks for mid-scale organizations, and 8–12 for complex or global ones, depending on how much of your brand language is already in place.
Yes. Your system is kept current within the licence, and new content types, languages and markets are added as you need them. Account admins can request updates and extensions from inside Arcroyd.

Data and security
In London, UK, encrypted at rest and in transit.
No. Never.
Only the person who had them. Every conversation is isolated to its user and your instance, and isn't used by anyone at Rule of Three.
The files themselves are never kept. Only the text drawn from them is saved, so a conversation can be continued.
For the length of your licence. Each user can delete their own at any time, and everything is deleted within 30 days of the licence ending.
A foundation model selected and managed by Rule of Three, named in your proposal. We keep it current, so your team never has to think about it.
Its governance is aligned with the intent of the EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001.

Getting started
With a demo: a 30-minute live walkthrough of Arcroyd and the system behind it, then a conversation about your brand.
Not in the usual sense. Most AI tools are shared platforms you can sign up to in minutes. Arcroyd is custom built for one brand at a time, so the way to try it is the Pilot: a working Arcroyd for your brand, tested by your team on real work for 30 days.
A working Arcroyd, custom built on your brand's language and run for 30 days, so your team can test it on real work before you commit to the Build.
Because the Pilot is custom built for your brand, and that takes real work. The £5,000 is credited in full against the Build, so it counts towards the work that follows.
If you have a coherent voice and structured content, very likely. The readiness check confirms it before anything is built, and if the foundation isn't there yet, we'll recommend the right first step.
Then designing it is a larger part of the Build. The method is the same, scoped to where you start.
The environment, support and ongoing stewardship, on an annual licence. Extensions such as new content types, languages and markets are scoped as you grow.
The AI-Readiness Brand Language Audit™ is a three-to-four-week stress test of how your brand's language holds up under AI acceleration and regulatory scrutiny, with board-ready findings and pathways forward.
Yes, with brands across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America. We work remotely, and in person where it adds value.
