Rule of Three

Inside Arcroyd

ONE PLACE TO CREATE.

A focused space where your team creates on-brand content – from a single line, a brief, or a document you already have.

Start with a line

Say what you need. Arcroyd writes the rest.

Write a service page. Brief attached.Write a news article. Info attached.Write an annual report. Data attached.

That's the whole prompt. Your brand and your content types are already built in, so Arcroyd returns a finished draft, structured for the job and written in your voice. Then ask for changes the way you'd brief a colleague.

Your content types

Every format you make, ready to go.

Service pages, news articles, annual reports, decks, emails – each content type your brand produces is built into Arcroyd, its structure and voice already defined. Just name it in your request, and Arcroyd knows exactly how it should be shaped.

Two ways to work

Create to standard. Or explore freely.

For the content types your brand produces, Arcroyd writes to their full standard.

For everything else, explore. Brainstorm a campaign. Find concepts for a series of airport posters. Draft something that fits no template. Or paste in an agency's copy and see what holds and what drifts.

Your brand stays in the room either way.

One click away

Your brand, right beside the work.

Arcroyd's sidebar links straight to your Brand Language System. Check a term, look up a content type or see how your voice flexes, then come straight back.

And the whole system is searchable. How do we write dates? What goes in a brochure? Type it in, and the answer is there.

Same sign-in. No hunting through PDFs and folders for the brand guide.

Made to grow

Need something new? Just ask.

A new content type, another language, an update to your messaging – your account admins request it from inside Arcroyd. We scope it, build it into your system and let you know the moment it's live.

And as your brand, your markets and the technology move, we keep everything current. That's part of the licence.

Built for your team

Your whole team, up and running.

Your people join by invitation, straight into your brand's own environment. We run the onboarding sessions, and a dedicated page stays on hand with a walkthrough film, clear explanations and example prompts for every content type you use.

Access is set per user. Your account admins can request updates and extensions, and see invoices and contracts at any time. Everyone can clear their own history whenever they choose.
