Why a Pilot
Where's the free trial?
It's a fair question. Most AI tools let you sign up in minutes, but what you're trying is the tool, with your brand reduced to a few settings you fill in yourself.
What makes Arcroyd work is the part a trial can't give you: your whole brand, built in by our Brand Language Architects®. So the way to try it is to build yours.
That's the Pilot. A working Arcroyd on your brand's language, put to the test on real work by your own team.
What's included
Everything you need to judge it properly.
Your own Arcroyd
A working instance at yourbrand.arcroyd.ai, custom built for your brand.
Your language, encoded
Your brand's existing language, set down as the working foundation Arcroyd creates from.
Up to five content types
Chosen with you, from the formats you publish most.
Up to 10 seats
For the people who'll put it to work.
30 days
Long enough for real briefs, across real deadlines.
Onboarding
Sessions led by us, and a dedicated onboarding page your team can return to.

What you keep
Nothing is wasted.
Everything the Pilot creates is yours to keep, use and publish. The scorecard gives you a measured case to take to your leadership. And the £5,000 fee is credited in full against the Build, so the Pilot is the first step of the work.
The Pilot
£5,000
Fixed. Credited in full against the Build.
Readiness
The Pilot has a bar.
The Pilot encodes the language your brand already has, so it works best where there's something solid to encode: a coherent voice, structured content, the makings of a system.
If that's you, the demo confirms it and the Pilot begins. If the foundation isn't there yet, the Build or an AI-Readiness Brand Language Audit™ comes first, and we'll tell you plainly.
After the Pilot
Then, the Build.
If the Pilot proves itself, the Build makes it permanent. Your brand's language is designed in full as your Brand Language System, owned by you, and Arcroyd runs on it under licence, kept current by us. Your Pilot fee is already credited.
See the systemA working Arcroyd, custom built on your brand's language and run for 30 days, so your team can test it on real work before you commit to the Build.
Because the Pilot is custom built for your brand, and that takes real work. The £5,000 is credited in full against the Build, so it counts towards the work that follows.
It encodes a working foundation of the language you already have. Your Brand Language System is designed in full, and becomes yours, in the Build.
If you have a coherent voice and structured content, very likely. The readiness check confirms it before anything is built, and if the foundation isn't there yet, we'll recommend the right first step.
If it proves itself, the Build follows, with your Pilot fee already credited. Either way, everything the Pilot created is yours to keep.
